Roy the Boy a good appointment for England. All Redknapp has done is spend money. With England he can't go and sign a right back or centre forward, bring in a Modric to fix his midfield. The England players simply don't really CARE about wearing the shirt, it's more of a celebrity outing for them the useless ****s. If you changed eighty percent of the squad and brought in players from the Championship I bet England would play with determination and cause problems at the Euros. This current squad sucks at giving blood for England and are worthless as so called International players.
Morning Elland, Don't quite agree with your thinking. Suspect your list is more of a wishlist than a practical assessment. I agree that these will be on their way (but not Bruce twice! ): Sam, Bruce, Fossil, Rachubka, AOB, Kissa, Robbo, Parker, Vayrynen, O'Dea. I think he will deffo keep Nunez (NW - "offers something different") & Pugh (useful as a utility player). Not so sure about Connelly & Bromby. One will be kept for cover, I think. Bromby is out until Xmas, but can cover CB, RB & GK. If he does go, we need RB cover in the form of Connelly. Have to say that I can't wait until tomorrow. Mixture of dread & excitement.
regarding 15 players to leave - No matter what we dream Bates will not put his hand in his pocket that much, if we replaced 15 out with 12 in then even if they are free it will be involve various expenses, Bates called Mika a big waste of money, he was signed on a free yet cost the club £500k according to Bates. I would like to see 12-15 leave but can't see it happening. I think a total of 8-9 out and maybe 6 in
O'Dea has come out today and says that he feels dissapointed as Warnock offered him a deal, then 2 weeks later, took it away

Morning everyone, Thom Kirwin has just been asked on Twitter about Jason Pearce replied "Warnock said last week a deal almost done for his first signing, expecting an announcement by Tuesday at latest" Then put after "apologies, meant by next Tuesday" Looks like we may have to wait another week.
Please do not tell me this is going to be the same old thing that has plagued us all season, player set to join then one financial excuse after another...
I think the signings will eventually come. Just maybe Warnock wants to free up wages before signing anyone

Clubs will want players such as Paynter,Bruce,Connolly,O'brien,Forrsell and Rachukba. Just not very good clubs.
And when they offer them peanuts to play they will turn down the chance taking their over paid wages with us.
