    Shocking news.

Just read this from an interview with the man who created/produced Trumpton

    Q. What became of all those wonderful puppets and the models and everything ? What happened to them?

    A. I burnt them in a bonfire in my garden. I'd had them for some time after the transmissions had stopped. And various people had said "oh they're old fashioned", and they always were old fashioned actually. They were old fashioned from the word `go`. They had been used an awful lot you know so I burnt them, together with the scenery.

    :( ****ing heartless iceman!

cheapest £100,000, its concrete construction, with a single layer of bricks on the outside to reinforce it. Saying that you can see daylight inbetween the cracks. The structural movement is so, that in a few months time, it may be in a different postcode. I'm open to an offer ?

Another quiz when I get back in 45 mins ....

Kissa, not a bad deposit. Lenders will go 4 x your income, plus your deposit. So, lets say you earn £20,000 pa. 20,000 x 4 = 80,000 + your deposit = 93,000 is going to be a safe betwhat lenders will lend you. Some will work it out on affordability, so if you can prove that you can pay back more, they will lend you more...

nb (your life may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or other loan secured on it)

I only thought it was 2.5 times your income not 4x your income...
