If i could go up with any team it would be Reading you have played some very nice football. So leave west hoofball 3rd and the two south teams us and you will be in the glory league where we belong.
Thanks SFC Red Army, it's nice to have ... erm, normal banter after so many strained comments from West Ham fans last week. I think the Royals fans are very appreciate of the good football you have been playing all season, and although we miraculously find ourselves within two points of your door, many would still agree that Saints are the finest team in the division. Not that we won't try and do best we can, as my friend said in previous post. On our specialist forum 'Royals Rendezvous' we did a poll on who we'd like accompany us into the premier if we had the luck to work out in a perfect world, and a staggering 87% of members that voted preferred Southampton to West Ham! I think in part it's due to you guys being more realistic and less arrogant - I occasionally post in 'The Ugly Inside' and they've made us feel welcome. It doesn't really matter if you finish champions - just let it be the two of us!!
I was very impressed with they way you passed the football around when you played us,premier league quality. We've played some nice football as well,so,all in all I think we are the two best teams in this league.
Well done Reading. Can't argue with that result. Thought we gave you 2 goals but you took the chances. Hope we go up with you. Beating all the top teams isn't luck.
I can argue with it. Still sometimes, them's the breaks. Not sure how that result happened, but it's still in our hands to go up. Saints & Royals are my preferred option.
