Had a cracking afternoon on Sunday, four of us, lovely weather. It's just a great game.

I've just bought two pairs of golf shoes, four pairs of trousers, and four t-shirts. I believe one must look smart when is out on the course. I'm playing good golf, so much so that I'm after a couple of "Rubert Bear" strides. You must be a good player to wear such stupid clothing, hitting the ball a mere fifty yards while wearing green and blue chequed trousers is simply not on.

But since when have the PGA Tour been the rulers of golf?

They took over from another tour way back when.

I don't really care either way.
