With this in mind I went and did a bit of research and I've come up with the perfect title for you ........ Dr. Doofenshmirtz

I've never heard of that before. Apparently he's an affiliate of LOVEMUFFIN (League Of Villainous Evildoers Maniacally United For Frightening Investments in Naughtiness).

No I hadn't either. I googled German cartoon characters and he came up first.

wiki says ''A typical episode features Doofenshmirtz hatching an evil scheme or invention that he often links to a "back story" from his youth. The stories explore his mentally abusive childhood in the fictional village of Gimmelshtump, Drusselstein, where his brother, Roger, is favored over him.[7] Doofenshmirtz usually has long monologues[7] and displays acts of "cartoonish" physical violence[epnote 2] towards Perry the Platypus.''

Sounds a perfect fit for you <ok>

He's from Phineas and Ferb. Its a show my kids are always watching. Has glasses and a white lab coat. His fight with the kid's pet platypus are kind of a side show to the story about the two main characters but always link in in some way.

Of all the shows the kids watch... Its probably the least intolerable.

Is it big in the States then? Never heard of it over here.

It's a Disney show. Its probably their main animated series for older kids (not preschool).

It's this generations equivalent of Gummi Bears or Duck Tails (my phone keeps changing duck to suck???).

Think they even had a movie version at the cinema at one point.

From wiki:

Phineas and Ferb is an American animated comedy-musical television series. Originally broadcast as a one-episode preview on August 17, 2007 and again previewed on September 28, 2007, the series officially premiered on February 1, 2008 on Disney Channel, and follows Phineas Flynn and hisEnglish stepbrother Ferb Fletcher[1] onsummer vacation. Every day, the boys embark on some grand new project, which annoys their controlling sister, Candace, who frequently tries to reveal their shenanigans to her and Phineas' mother, Linda Flynn-Fletcher, and less frequently to Ferb's father, Lawrence Fletcher. The series follows a standard plot system; running gags occur every episode, and the B-Plot almost always features Perry the Platypus working as a spy ("Agent P") for OWCA (the Organization Without a Cool Acronym), to defeat the latest scheme of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, a mad scientist driven largely by a need to assert his evilness.

Well all in all with Milk's extra research and personal recommendation, I think the evil doctor should be added to the poll.

It sadly won't let me add any more options.
<laugh>

Oh well at least we found a new topic of conversation. I was just trying to think what my favourite cartoon is and I don't really have a favourite. Going back I would have to say it was Tom and Jerry but with all the new stuff like Simpsons and Family Guy, I don't know. Tom and Jerry certainly stands up to the competition though <ok>

@Minxy - sort it out love. The poll has a clear winner. It's time to give this man the title he deserves <ok>

I guess Tom and Jerry also fits with the England/Germany theme.
