I would like to see James get a coaching role first. (who knows maybe Assistant Manager??)

I agree, should get an assistant managers role first. Get his badges, then who knows.

Would he be more of a gamble than McInnes?
Advantage for James is that he knows the players, knows the set-up, knows English football, knows the Championship..
