I heard he is on 11k a week as Lowe thought he was a great prospect and future number one. Hence yet another reason why no clubs have gone in forhim.
I would to, and I would smile about it too! Mind you I may not have smiled during the Millwall cup match last season can remember that being a cold night....wouldn't have been good look!
Which reminds me... wasn't there a particular poster on here last season, boasting he was going to run through Portsmouth with just his Saints shirt on if Saints were promoted and Pompey were relegated..? Not you Dan‽
Highly doubt he's on anything like that. Lowe sent players earning less than £11k out on loan to save money and although he made some strange decisions, there's no way he'd spend that on a 3rd choice keeper. He'll be on £5k absolute max and most probably less than that. He's a jammy bugger to be making any money out of football mind.
Well hang on a minute, I'm not going to defend Forecast here, but it's not as if he was known to be useless, when he was bought. For all we know he may well have shown bags of potential, when younger, and never progressed beyond that. We don't even know whether a good run in some competitive games at a certain level wouldn't start to unlock that potential still. From what I read on here, some of you wouldn't have him in a local pub team. And yes, I know about him returning from loans having played little for other teams. He needs to find his level, and then progress.
Well if he can't get a game at Eastbourne, then his 'level' must be something like the Wessex league?
Problem for him now TSS is a bit like Bart his confidence must be shot. Needs a fresh start where the fans wont immediatley get on his back. If he starts for us we'll all be watching with our eyes shut!
Thing is Bart was actually good, but the fact of hardly playing any games made his developement slow. This in turn effected his confidence , so it ended up like a vicious circle. But Forecast has always been ****, Spurs must have laughed at us when he came here as part of the Bale deal.
Yes of course you have dear. A use of the word "supported" with which I am not familiar, so my apologies for the confusion.
