for me hes a solid number 2, a starting number 1 i'm not so sure. Look at Marshall - now he's a top keeper who if we had and lost would be a bigger blow. Would Neil Etheridge be our starting keeper? Has he been around in pre-season?
Not sure why in this country we have issues with playing young goalkeepers if the manager rates our two youngsters then let's stick with them and save some money, modern top keepers start younger now Neuer - debut at 20 Courtois - debut 18 De Gea - debut 18 Hart -debut 19
