Still wondering why Gazza got dropped, I hope it's because he picked up a knock. But at the end of the Fulham game Gazza twice tried to go up front for a set piece, Adkins was going mental at him and telling to use his head, I wonder if Gazza bit once they were back in the changing room? Total speculation but Gazza looked really unhappy, enough to have a go at the boss?

Yes. Also Adkins should have let him go forward. Richardson's goal was a sickener in that game

Newcastle played the same back five for the first couple of months of the season and had the best defence. Were they the best on paper? No-but they were the best unit and knew each other's games.

Celtic got rid of boruc because they wanted to get his heavy wages off the wage bill. He demands a big pay day. If it was for being a "pisshead" they were bout 2 years too late as at his worse behaviour was well past him by time he was sold to fiorentina where he had two good seasons. Being in top 3 serie a goalkeepers of 11-12 season.
He's rusty but with games will improve and today will be something that drives him to want to gain match fitness and play better

From what i saw at the Upton Park today we would have been just as well sticking with Kelvin as first choice keeper, rather than keep switching them around. Not going to condemn the Polish keeper on one performance but he didnt look that great to me.
