I am struggling to remember the last time city finish the end of the season and actually had a good goal difference but during our history we have an overall poor goal difference.

Between 1888 to 2010 City had played 358 and from those games we have a goal difference of -82

Hopefully next season will be better especially if we can keep players like Jamie Wilson fit as looks like Caulker could be on his way to Swansea.

That's roughly 3 games per year, are you sure this stat is correct andy? :emoticon-0112-wonde
 
From the stats that I saw. I did think the same when I saw the amount of games but I don't know how many games used to be played when the club first started and did they play any games during both world wars?
 
Not a clue if games were played during both wars but wasn't our promotion from league 1 and our 1st year in the championship? (Can't remember if we were just over or under the 0 mark off the top of me head)
