I’m eager to get back out some point in the future. The irony is I’d ordered a titanium gravel bike about 4 weeks before my accident and it’s been sat in the garage since the middle of November still in the box. Little did I know when I ordered it was that most of my right arm would be held together with titanium <laugh><laugh>
If you want me to 'break it in' for you whilst you mend ~ I'll do it as a favour...

[Planet-X?]

Tempest with SRAM Force 1 x to be fitted with ZIPP Wheels/Stem/Bars and SL Speed Seatpost and Selle Italia Flite Ti SLR Super Flow Saddle
Okay I'll take it off you so it doesn't seize up whilst you mend - then you can have it back ;).

(Quite fancy Px Hurricane, though everytime I get near having money cars / house / children have a new expense...)

It looks ok having a peek through the box. Much better than I was expecting. The PX Titanium bikes are designed by Mark Reilly and I think they are made in the same factory as well. Guy Kesteven on You Tube has done a good review on all the PX Titanium range - he liked the hurricane.

You back on your bike yet?

Been out once in the Wild West - still a bit nerve wracking. Building strength up in my arm at the moment. It’s taken such a long time to get an acceptable amount of movement back. I still have some nerve damage which if it does come back can take a couple of years.

Titanium Tempest...Is that what you call your arm these days?

Glad to hear you're on the road to recovery:emoticon-0148-yes:
<laugh><laugh><laugh> It is mostly titanium yes. I was considering a custom titanium road bike as well because of that. But bikes and bike parts are an absolute nightmare to source at the moment. I normally build them myself, but don’t have the dexterity or strength in my hand, so I had to take the Cannondale to a bike shop and it took them 2 months to source a part. I’ll have to leave the Ti road bike until the parts situation improves.
