I think it's time to set record straight so you don't keep hiding behind the forum.

I left cos you overstepped your boundaries by taking a socialist dictatorial attitude to feed your own personal agenda.

Your claim TR is a racist is your own personal opinion, as are others, but you used your own personal opinion by making false claims that TR, and the other supporting videos were racist, then you used it as a weapon to satisfy your own agenda.

There are TR supporters and non TR supporters on this forum, according to you, those TR supporters are all racist.

Here's why you overstepped your boundaries and used the videos as a weapon to satisfy your own personal agenda.

1,....TR has never been charged with so called racism, nor has he ever made any racist remarks.......He has a world wide following cos he stands up for freedom, freedom of speech and revealing the truth. According to you, TR's world wide following are all racist cos they oppose your own personal opinion.

2,....TR has black people, Indians and some Muslims who agree with and support him, to name a few.

3,...By taking down the videos, you also claimed those supporting TR for the sexual molestation of his daughter were also racist.

4,...You have never provided any evidence, whatsoever that TR is a racist, nor to prove I'm a so called racist.

5,...Your personal opinion on TR being a racist is a personal accusation and opinion only, you don't have the right, authority or expertise to make up rules and laws to feed your own negative agenda.

6,...If I called you an Irish twat, would I be being a so called racist, according to your agenda I would be.

7,...Police admitted the man who sexually molested his daughter admitted to it.............You lose, again.

8,...Some police (probably acting under orders) and the MSM go after TR cos they don't like the fact he stands up for this Country, the people, freedom, freedom of speech and helping victims of Muslim grooming gangs and terrorists...........You believing these socialist dictators also makes you a socialist dictator.....when it suits your negative agenda.

9, If I want to dislike Muslims, Paki's, Indians, Russians or Yanks etc it's because it's my own personal preference, a God given and Government right given to all people in the UK.........Disliking people doesn't make you a so called racist, people dislike people cos of what they do, not what they are.

10,...Below are a couple of videos showing TR being very racist by trying to help the elderly couple being spat at and harrassed by 3 immigrants, one being an illegal. I believe the illegal hit the elderly woman and give her a black eye...........oh yeah, these three thugs that TR was being racist to also run a crack house from their house, selling it to kids.........but TR trying to help was being racist.

11, As for the warning letter, or whatever it's called, it's unwarranted and never received.

12, TR's videos are out there on the public domain for all to watch, haters and supporters alike.........they're allowed to make up, and have their own personal opinions on TR............you don't have the right to tell them otherwise.

Article 10 of the Human Rights Act states about Freedom of expression that;

The right of the individual to hold and express opinions freely without Government interference.

These views may be expressed as follows;

Published articles or leaflets
On TV or radio
Through works of art
On the internet and social media

However, although you have the right to freedom of expression you must respect other peoples human rights whilst doing so. Which means an authority may restrict that freedom of expresssion if they feel your views encourage racist or religious hatred but must do so in a proportional manner.

Our mods have therefore exercised their right to moderate and in my opinion did so proportionally to protect the rights and freedoms of others.

I'd like remind all that LL was not banned and he decided to cease posting of his own free will, just as today he decided to start posting again.

Several weeks/months back a few complaints appeared in regards to LL being racist. Bucks deleted the videos that caused offence and we told those complaining we’ll keep an eye on it. LL never realised the videos in his post(s) had been deleted.

Then they started again, I deleted it and he snapped, probably because he disagrees with my views on KP as they’d obviously been getting to him so this was the thing that sent him over the top.

He complained about me, it was looked into, I’d done nothing wrong and I think Elland gave him an official warning about his behaviour but no ban (good thing as nobody has heard from brb).

He claimed he was out of here but we knew he was still visiting the forum, reading posts and accessing the streams pm group but that’s fine. He didn’t want to post and I guess as football had finished all he could really do would be blame KP for the Coronavirus starting

It doesn’t bother me if he is here posting or if he decides to go into a self imposed exile. If I was a member I’d ignore all his posts on the political thread, I’d not bother reading his match reports but as an admin I have to skim over some and when we’ve promised a couple of people that we’ll watch for OTT racism and links then that’s what we’ve done.

I still say that Clive did nothing compared to this clown. No racism, but more importantly for me, no personal attacks on anyone who didn't agree with his weird Leeds views. Let's face it, Captain Jackboot has some very weird views, & you'd need to scour the nuthouses to find someone who agreed with him. I only have to mention KP to make my point. How many people have been personally & spitefully abused, for simply disagreeing about his 'opinions' - or even questioning them?

Firstly I find it sad posters reporting other posters, regardless of content posted. I don't even think these posters are really that offended. IMO it's a personal vendetta by posters who don't like the poster and are deliberately reporting him to get him banned. When you say OTT does this only to do with blacks, muslims and chinese.
