Why is there not an escalator path to follow - thread ban, day ban, week ban, month ban etc., leading up to the sine die ban that is the only thing we have on the menu presently? Why do the mods either oppose this, or just choose to ignore my request for its consideration?

Not ignoring you tagging me in mate but I haven't really got anything positive or negative to add that I haven't said already and my minds been in other places today with this COVID 19 crap if I am being totally honest. I also thought I'd just sit back and see what the other mods and members said. When this all first happened I felt everyone was blaming me 100% for it so this time it's sit back and observe <ok>

I never blamed you mate, I unfairly blamed Buck's, but even though you will all disagree, I'm not perfect. <laugh>

I didn't blame you bud at the time, I think some posters thought that you were just a new mod a wet day and that you were using your power because you had a personal grievance. <ok>

I know mate and for the record I honestly don't mind the jokes. I 100% understand why many felt that way and I'm not saying I wouldn't have came to the exact same conclusion but it was draining at the time and I've been pretty much drained out this last few days being self employed and all the covid19 crap <ok>

Agreed, and let’s face it, at this present moment it’s not exactly at the top of anyone’s list of priorities whether we bring the moaning ****er back or not.

I think shako’s too short - sorry, damn auto correct, I typed life’s too short.

Personally couldn't stand Clive (oddly enough, didn’t have a problem with LL, I found him unintentionally funny. But it’s all down to personal taste).

In the same way I’m not in favour of death penalties, if someone can add to a debate (as well as sometimes wind people up) I’d let them back in eventually after a spell in the sin bin. Having said that, I never focused on the alleged attempt to report some people.

so I’d lean towards letting people back in, if they repeat their previous bad form, the mods ought to be quicker to ban the second time around.
