I have just heard this as well. Only 65 . Had a brain tumour. So sad.

He was one of my favourite players . So composed...like Bobby Moore.. was so instinctive as where the ball would be RIP...

Very sad, always loved the Roeder shuffle; two step overs and he covered half the pitch. RIP
