Harold leaving would make my day I cannot understand in any world what football club leaves an important decision like this 5 days before we kick off Harold needed help last year and Stephen was brilliant for our club A year on and guess what we are looking to bring in another coach What does that tell you about Harold? There was a handful of posters that saw that straight up: Flyer, 9s, SB73 sorry a few others but these come to mind and I add myself. I hope he proves us all wrong but sorry this is not the way to run a football club is it?

I was saying last season that Harry seems inept at tactics, which is why I thought we should replace him no matter what happened in the final. But he did get us up and I don't think Harry is completely useless. He is very good at getting teams together and getting players focused. I just wish he had the tactical ability to go with it. If someone can come in and help him with that, I don't see a problem. The fact that he wants help is kind of a good sign, in the sense that most people would be too stubborn. With that said, it'd be good if we could replace him with someone who can do all of the above.

Quite right. I've seen it on the forums a few weeks ago and it probably took a week or two to get there.
I think this shows that Harry's ego is not so big that he could use some help. Whatever we may think clearly Harry is highly regarded by others and I don't think we would attract the players we have without him. The problem we have is we can afford very good players but we are not a big enough club to get them. They hold top 6 club ambitions. However. Harry's pull has got us the players we have and will attract more. Getting hoddle in will only help that
