    They're now subject to the automatic ten point deduction, if they get any further penalties they're likely to come later, either for repeat offending, or for not exiting administration in accordance with the rules.

    I really hope that pompey lose 20 points, in fact I would be quite happy to see them go out of business all together, they've taken the piss massively going into admin 2 times in 3 years, fu(k 'em I say

    It's a shame they scrapped EBT schemes, I know they got abused, but they were a great way of taking a bit of coin out of your business. Only if you did what Rangers did and tried to use it to play a large number of employee's on a regular basis did you get HMRC on your back(though I did get stuffed with a large NI bill on one of mine and they were very expensive to operate).
