SGE is looking over Former Portugal GK RICARDO. He´s 34 years old, got 79 caps & is currently without a club & training with LC. He´s a good shot/pen stopper too, ask VASSEL.

Personally I´d like GIVEN more but.....

what's wrong with Weale? With VAH and Bamba added to our defence, our oppositions wont get within 30 yards of our goal!

PvA & Bamba Jago, but if there´s a better player/GK on the market & they could fit in to your plans as a manager you would try to get him/them.

I think Weale has realy picked up his performances in the last 3 games, we should give him a chance and be grateful that its not Logan in goal...
 
Worst case scenario is (apart from Logan being first choice) Sven looking for a goalkeeper on loan for another month or so.

That will not help us at all.

Gte a goalkeeper and stick to him.

But not Ricardo, I hate that bastard (and he's not very good).

Personally i think Weale is fine.
 
I sure as hell hate him.

I would rather have Given over Weale (obviously) although today is nearly over and I would have thought a deal would have been done today.

Given > Weale > Ricardo is my order of preference.

Agreed.

If Weale got an injury then we would struggle because, as much a I like the lad, he just isn't good enough although he is still young and a loan move out to league one could do him a hell of a lot of good.

As Ricardo is a free agent it is probably worth offering him a contract and I suspect Sven is still trying for Given hence nothing being done yet.
 
My word he was awful. Im still sure that him and Bruma cost us the play-offs in what was a ridiculously strong squad that season.
