"Sorry, I've had enough of these footballers and Tevez (who I've admired for his tireless work ethic) is the worst of the lot."
    -------
    Asamoah Gyan anyone?

"The 25-year-old broke Sunderland's transfer record when he completed a £13million switch from French side Rennes on deadline day last summer.
But despite endearing himself to the Black Cats faithful, he appears to be seeking better terms elsewhere.
Gyan's representatives have asked chairman Niall Quinn about a possible pay rise, but Sunderland don't consider this an option at present, with the player only a year into a long-term contract."

Basically:- 'No pay rise?, I'm off then." Last seen in Saudi Arabia or somewhere.

I hate these b4stards, who ruin my beloved game. I hate everything about football except the football.
Turkish outfits Galatasaray and Trabzonspor have already indicated they would be prepared to dramatically increase Gyan's basic salary, and include lucrative bonuses based on goals and appearances."

This is it! Thank you for finding the words to express my inner rage at what has happened to our game. Perfect, I'm having it tattoed on to my forehead.

Do you think that if one of our players refused to come on as a substitute, Uncle Neil would just grab them by the throat and drag them onto the field?

It couldn't happen to a bigger mercenary. He makes Routledge look like an amateur!

FUMING Neil Warnock has told his old foe Carlos Tevez: Get out of England now.

The QPR boss was spitting feathers on Tuesday night as Tevez refused to come on a sub for Manchester City.

And Warnock said: "The sooner he leaves the country, the better."

Ex-Sheffield United boss Warnock insists FIFA have to get involved to stamp out player mutinies.

And he reckons it a "disgrace" that Tevez may escape with a two-week club ban for his rebellion.

Warnock added: "The top authorities like FIFA have got to come up with something.

"Because, quite honestly, two weeks' ban is a disgrace for an offence like that.

"I can't see it being sorted by him staying. Within a few months, he'll be kissing another badge.

"You should be banned until January because a manager has no option but to say that you won't play for the club again.

"You can't do that because the PFA would cry foul on that and get all the solicitors involved.

"So FIFA have to come up with an answer."

The pair have history — it was Tevez, then at West Ham, who scored the goals that relegated Warnock's Blades.

It sparked a bitter legal feud when the Hammers were found to have broken rules over who owned their star Argie striker.

And Warnock has been rocked the core by the antics of the former Manchester United star.

He said: "When somebody's paid such a large amount, to even think about what he did, it's so disrespectful, irrespective of the problems you have with managers.

"Because every manager has problems with players. It's like having 35 kids to look after and have a party outside. You're going to have problems.

"But some players think that they're the bees knees and everything should develop around them.

"Unfortunately, I think players hold all the aces.

"When you're paying a player up to a quarter of a million pounds per week, it's difficult to say, 'We'll pay him for a couple of years and make him stew in the reserves'.

"It sounds good for the press.

"But, in reality, you're not going to chuck all those millions of pounds away when you're running a business.

"He'll come out with a two-week fine, two-week ban, and that's all, irrespective of the campaign to do this, to do that."

Do you think if he was asked his favourite colour he would get the word 'disgrace' in somehow? I know he's just responding to a question but I wish he would sometimes say 'no comment'. This has nothing to do with my club, which Warnock represents. Although I know he has to have an opinion on everything for his future career as a pundit.

That's the thing about our Neil, he's so mealy-mouthed, you never know what he's really thinking!

Well, he's laid it on the line here, but if Fernandes was to say "Beckham AND Tevez" I just can't see Neil saying "No, ta, don't need 'im. I've got that Hulse coming back from injury soon...cracking lad, Hulse." More like "Bienvendio Carlos. No hard feelings, eh?"

#QPR boss also intriguingly added that he was once faced with a similar situation, but defused situation by not putting player on the bench.
