Another solid display from Giroud Scored one and helped to create another. He was also instrumental in helping to set up the goal he scored, feeding a great ball into Ozil and then getting himself in the right place to tap it in. He's still getting a bit of stick from some quarters, but he's doing everything right so far this season. Like Ramsey last season, I think Giroud is going to prove the doubters wrong this season.
He won virtually every high ball that was hit forward in the second half. Are you sure you weren't watching the Chelsea game by mistake and mistook Eto for Giroud?
Giroud was quality today. He won everything, held up the ball well all game and linked with Ramsey and Ozil really well. He set Ramsey free down the right for the first goal and passed it in to Ozil before making a great run to score the second. He was hard working all game and even made a gut busting run to the near post in the 91st minute! No idea what game you where watching kyle.... After the game the guyson sky spent time showing clips of how well he playedand throwing compliments his way... How, when everyone can see him have a great game are you so oblivious to it?
I've been told by Piskie not to insult you, but **** the rules. You're still a ****. Winning high balls is meaningless, it's what you do with the ball once you've won it that counts, and he did nothing. I could win a high ball against some defenders, doesn't make me a good player though.

It's showing up as a perma ban though. I'm just confused about it. I'll happily bugger off for a week, i'm just wondering why it shows as a perma ban? It says: You have been banned for the following reason: No reason was specified. Date the ban will be lifted: Never
The supermods will unban you before the WBA game. We sent PM's telling you to stop with the abuse but you did not listen. Hopefully when you come back next week, you will stop the abuse and maybe learn to use the 'ignore' system.
Problem is TT basically WUMs half the people on this board. Anyone who says anything critical about a player gets a tirade of abuse. I had a post deleted yesterday for replying to one of his wind-ups. Anyway, I'm guessing TT is reporting anyone who replies to his trolling crap now? Can't see any other reason why the mods are being so one-sided on this. Maybe I should just report all his swearing rubbish from the last week. Still not sure I can be bothered though.
He was also sent a PM telling him to stop with the constant and pointless arguments as well as cutting out the abuse. Rest assured his behaviour in that Swansea match thread was also picked up. Problem is after we did all that, Kyle goes and calls him a **** in that last exchange. We had no other option in the end, and it was the last resort.
Nobody has complained to the mods. This is the mods trying to put a stop to the nasty personal abuse that raises it's head every time A87 , Hans and TT exchange comments on a thread. We don't want to ban anybody, hence the PMs to ask people to stop it. If that gets ignored then a temporary ban is put in place as a warning. If it continues beyond that, then the ban will be made permanent. Nobody is being singled out here and as mods, we're pretty fortunate that we don't actually have to do much modding at all on this board as you are all decent members. We're pretty tolerant and allow people to pretty much say what they want, even if they get into a disagreement. Some other boards will ban and delete at the first sign of any trouble and we don't want to go down that route, because it can stifle freedom. But with that freedom comes a responsibility. If you abuse it then we will act.
