One thing i didn't notice, is that he's crediting other players with his goals, so forget the whole arrogant comment. He's still average though.
Giroud is busy in the kitchen preparing to bake a massive humble pie with Kyle's name on it All washed down with a pint of Ramsey's bitter
Misplaced faith. You were probably one of those people who thought Randall, Lansbury etc. would make it.
To be fair, Lansbury looked like he was on the edge of the first team for a while. His goal at WHL in the demolition of the spuds in the CC a few seasons ago looked like it might be his launch pad, but he never stepped up from there. Randall though, never good enough.
Good call, but since one or the other always played when Higuain was there and now Benzema starts almost every game that would make Ronaldo a winger (or attacking midfielder if you like). Ronaldo is a big part of their build up from the half way line (usually central or out left) don`t just watch the goals, watch the play, he is a midfield player.
Compliments on Giroud's off-the-ball play from Pat Nevin: Pat Nevin analysis: How Arsenal's Olivier Giroud outwits defenders
I still think that if we should have bought a better striker and nothing will change my mind on that. There's still January I suppose but that's a lot of games we'll be relying on Giroud for. If he get 20 I'll think a better one could have got 25 If he get 25 I'll think a better one could have got 30 If he get 30 I'll think a better one could have got 35 You get the idea.
