I sent the club a tweet earlier today asking what was going on. As is usual no response to the paying customer. I got spammed (because that is what it technically is automated messaging) with THREE emails this morning, all saying the price had increased, each one referring I think to a different payment aspect. I only renewed my annual subscription a short while ago at the ADVERTISED price. So I am not quite sure at what the club are trying to tell me? I assume they mean the increase is only effective for any annual renewals after August.
I have now received a total of FOUR emails today from the club be it now a newsletter, maybe the club would do better in the quality of its communication rather than the quantity at such time.
I don't need confusing at the best of time so I'm not a happy customer.
