Anyone else get 3 emails about price increases for Gills Player. I renewed subscription a few days ago and now got three emails saying the price is increasing because they are improving it. Each email had a different price.
i got 3 as well but I only read one thinking the others were duplicates- the one i read said it had gone up by 3 quid. what doid the others say?
One said it will go up by £3 a year, one said £2 a year and the other 20p a month. All from the 1/08/12.
I sent the club a tweet earlier today asking what was going on. As is usual no response to the paying customer. I got spammed (because that is what it technically is automated messaging) with THREE emails this morning, all saying the price had increased, each one referring I think to a different payment aspect. I only renewed my annual subscription a short while ago at the ADVERTISED price. So I am not quite sure at what the club are trying to tell me? I assume they mean the increase is only effective for any annual renewals after August. I have now received a total of FOUR emails today from the club be it now a newsletter, maybe the club would do better in the quality of its communication rather than the quantity at such time. I don't need confusing at the best of time so I'm not a happy customer.
In all fairness in love and war, I have just received a fifth email from the club apologising for the previous emails Note to club, the billing is still unclear in regards to subscribers that have just renewed their annual subscription?
