As one on SE's biggest fans I agree.... To be serious, I am impressed with the signings that he has made, and also the way that he has conducted himself SO FAR. A more considered judgement is being reserved until at least after Christmas, and maybe later, when his team and temperament have been tested in the heat of battle.
