Whoever it was that said Weston was MOM (sorry can't remember) I could not disagree more. He didn't have to worst of games but he was so frustrating, possibly losing the ball more than any other player!! Montrose was the same but the difference with him was he actually tried to get his foot on the ball and control the tempo.

Charlie Lee was an odd choice for the sponsors MOM. Thought he was wasted out wide, if we were to re-shuffle the midfield he is certainly the one I'd keep in his natural position.

Matty Lawrence was FANTASTIC. Nothing got past him, won every single header. He is too much of an unsung hero at this club, but it's good to see other people picking up on his performances.

Jack Payne had me worried a lot of the game, flying around into challenges that, with this shoddy ref, could've got him booked many times.

Super Danny Kedwell once again played for the team very well. Not seen many people mention this, but his touch to set Rooney off for his goal was simply wonderful to watch. Such precision from there was brilliant.

With regards to Plymouth, their number 5 was an a**e. Their number 13 impressed me very much, willing to run with the ball and he was all over the pitch, if it was a draw he would have been my MOM I think. A shame to see them in their position, not really a club you could wish bad things upon. Hope their form picks up and they stay in the football league.

Finally, the ref and his officials were AWFUL. Giving them a corner when it was clearly anything but. Twice the ball went a couple of feet over the byline at the Medway Stand and from the other end of the Rainham End we could see, but play went on. Not to mention the 50/50s that all went against us, and the manhandling of Kedwell that went unpunished.
