    I think if we can get a point at Grimsby, I see no reason why we can't get a point or three at home against Mansfield. It's just which one do I go for, looking through the last six games, suggests a draw, but peg leg is telling us to stay positive...

    I managed to watch my first game of the season, Tuesday Evening. I have to say I was,nt too disappointed with what I saw. Hopefully not a one-off.
    Some thoughts?? We seem to be playing the same tactics as we did with Olivier. Keep getting the ball to the BIG MAN and HOPE.
    There are 11 men in a team. Was very impressed with young Green, was all over the park, fast and very quick feet.
    I would be tempted to play him through the middle on occasions, I could see him gaining a few penalties. He was very good going down the right to float balls into the box, sadly Mandron was off-side four times on two occasions and had it in the net.
    Just need a decent left winger to complement.
    I thought we defended well and broke with pace. Hopefully, the Gaffer has started to get what he sees,s in the team onto the pitch.
    We have only lost 1 game at home since 1931 to Mansfield. 6 draws. But when we have won we have won well
    Mansfield have scored a few this season BUT have conceded well too. With a good crowd and a repeat of our play on Tuesday, I can see us knicking the points.
