I wonder where we'd be if the table only showed from Parkinson onwards. Bottom three maybe.

    Parkinson leaves, hopefully tonight?

Who comes in...Phillips? tough really as he would be a newbie manager...but say with big Sam for a limited period

He signed a 2-1/2 year deal - Can SD afford to get rid of him?

I dunno but equally can he afford not to? The longer we struggle for in league one the harder he's hit in the pocket.

Yeah I agree - it could get even worse if we let him spend all the budget - he obviously hasn't got a clue.

Past caring really have but stupid thing is I'll more than likely be there at the next home game...

Really unsure though don't know if want to put the bairn through it. He has been lucky with the games he's been too so is still under the illusion that we aren't a pile of ****e.

I wrote this about 2 years ago and also said we will look back on Ellis's tenure and realise he was nowhere near as bad as we imagined, I got pilloried by the way.<laugh><laugh>

Bring back PDC.. he would get us out of this league and would get the players fit.. he'd probably do a better job than some of the players on the pitch.

He thinks Maguire is mint.. his second game (first game wearing a strip) Maguire got the hatrick and nephew is 7 so has 7 on the back of his top.

    The illusion begun then <laugh>

We need someone who sets us up to play football, if we've got any advantage over the other teams in the league it's that. I'm not sure Parkinson knows what football is. He seems to look at our lads and see a bunch of strong strapping men but nobody else does.

    Not a bad call.

The concern is he threw in the towel at Stoke. Has he got the heart to take on this absolute ****-show?

I wonder how much it'd cost to pay off Parkinson, anyone hazard a guess. God knows what Donald was smoking when he gave him a 2.5 year deal.
