Aye - Kimpioka is a full 18 months older than Mason Greenwood.

And Jack Diamond is older than Benji.

Even Dan Neill was only born in the month after Greenwood.

Or could it be Ait-Nouri is a better player than Kimpioka.

I'd have thought it was obvious but I'll happily explain.

Many people, including Parkinson, refer to Kimpioka as if he's a young kid when, in fact, he's a 20 year old man.

    I didn't mention ability.

I'm simply saying that age isn't automatically a barrier.

But is Kimpioka worse than Sunderland's other strikers is the question.

And I thought my point was obvious, maybe Santo feels his player has the ability and is capable of fitting into his side. And age didnt come into it.
    Youre the one comparing ages.

That's exactly what I'm doing and all I'm doing.

You're the one bringing ability into it.

I didn't mention it because that's not my point ...

... which is that age isn't automatically a barrier and that Kimpioka is older than some seem to think.

He needs a run of games in the team not 20 mins here and there.

Changed my prediction to 0-4. At some point we are going to hammer someone. The chances will go in eventually Why not start today. They are naff. Get an early goal and just keep attacking. P*ss easy.

As long as we're not complacent, like Tuesday night, I'm hoping for a good win as well.

I would go along with that, except Jurassic will pick the wrong players in the wrong formation to achieve that...

That was where Ross totally failed.

You'd see us go 1-0 up away and the support would be bouncing.

He'd pull everyone back and invite attack after attack.

Our support would become anxious and quieter and quieter.

They'd equalise and we'd desperately cling on for the point.

    Absolutely excruciating ...

    ... especially at Wembley <doh>

Great thread RTB as usual, I expect an away win and it should be a comfortable 0-2 or 0-3 but most of all lets play well and not have a repeat of Tuesdays game.

Done his hamstring in the U 23's last night evidently, Embleton scored twice in a 2-0 win

Great thread as usual. I’m expecting an away win but that means nowt really. When you’ve lost 4 off the bounce who could possibly come along and get you back to winning ways. Oh yes that’s right us. It’s a bit like when you haven’t scored for 3 yrs who comes along that’s us. That said 1-3 and 3points Please.

The damage was done a couple of games back, when no thought was given to the current run, and the setbacks were invited imo. This bloke is hopeless and we have very little chance of automatic promotion under his one eyed leadership. A heavy defeat would not help so I will settle for the 0-1 now,' but its not a daft question. I would rather PP dropped Wyke, and Power tbh. as I don't think he is in any danger until the club changes hands, but sadly neither scenario looks imminent.
