Amazing line ups for lower league football when you look back on them now. Certainly remember the names with great passion.

At the end of this season we swapped Dean White for Dean Horrix - don't know who got the worse deal!!

Dean White 4 goals in 41 for us
Dean Horrix 0 goals in 14 for them

Of course, we then went on to sign Tony Cascarino for a £225K who scored 42 in 105 for us <cheers>

Dean Horrix was truely awful <doh> didnt he die tragically somehow ?

can remember feeling guilty about all the nice things i called him <laugh>

Yes mate - died in car crash aged just 28 - His Mrs was driving!

I went to his memorial game (Old Den) which was made more memorable by a young Gazza picking up a Mars bar thrown onto the pitch and eating as he went dribbling through the players.
