You really think so? Or just clutching at the same old straws? I think by the time the super injunction is actually lifted (if it ever is) the gutter press will have gotten bored and moved on to the next 'scandal'. I bet it'll be Rooney scratching his arse in an offensive manner or some other such BS <ok>

Actually, the more I think about that the more that seems like a damn good reason to get a super injunction. Even if you know that the details are going to come out eventually, getting a super injunction and a barrage of litigious lawyers will still deter even the lowest gutter tabloid from daring to go after your family. So maybe he didn't handle it all that badly after all?

Beg my pardon, you are of course correct. I'm sure you're a person of deep moral integrity, and would say exactly the same thing if the player at the centre of this unsavoury storm was Joey Barton....

I'd never seen one of your posts before today, and it seems to be you making bitter, petty arguments on here. We all know Giggs is a **** (even the Man U fans do), just as Rooney, Ferguson, Neville, Keane and all the other scumbags populating that club have been. Go stroke yourself if your sig's right about that calming you down.

I think your find that everybody is fair game but mention United or one of their players anywhere whether justified or not in the sentence and you get attacked as a ABU or jealous et al

Or maybe, just maybe people don't bat an eyelid unless it's a United player involved? We can all come up with some wild theories, it's just that the way you go on you come across as nothing but a pathetic, bitter, possibly sexually frustrated little man.

Lol! Moral integrity?!? I don't care who the player at the centre of the storm is - it's not a moral judgement I'm making, just a practical one. If the allegations are true, then Giggs has behaved just as badly as Terry and Rooney. But at least his family have been able to suffer in private, and not have their dirty laundry aired by the gutter press for the whole nation.

If you compare the media coverage of Giggs' affair with that of players like Rooney or Terry who didn't get super injunctions, Giggs' family has avoided the same level of media coverage. So if Giggs' intention was to protect his family then he seems to have succeeded when compared to the other two, although obviously he would have done a better job if he'd kept his knob in his trousers...

I think the way the press set about the Terrygate saga and fans in general proves your **** wrong immediately. <ok>
I hope he gets the same treatment that Terry got, the singing, chanting the general hate. John's big enough to take it but goody two shoes Giggs won't and I'll be singing the Giggs song at Old Toilet loud next year with our new banner.<laugh>

Really? As far as John Terry goes I couldn't give two ****es about his silly behaviour. It's not my business, and i'm not bitter enough to reduce myself to using the most shameful kind of ammunition.
