We deserved to draw for playing so negatively in the end! Free-kick on the edge of the box and we only have 2 men in for it AND we play it back to the halfway line!

Did you see Germany doing that at any point in the World Cup? No!

 

Was disappointed, as I wanted us to beat a team of mackems, then Gyan off all people had to score. Though I thought we were poor and Ghana were the better team.

funny when lescott comes on we played rather poor at the back and his **** attempt of a tackle let gyan score.

itv coverage is ****, chiles sounds depressed as **** all the time, the adverts every 1 minute, in the build up,halftime fulltime etc..

also they picked downing as man of the match?.....sorry but other then 2 good crosses 1 free kick he done nowt...oh sorry he also played the ball back to hart twice and lost position from it......

 

When u look at it player for player, England have a much better team, however Ghana play more as a team. If u remember the team spirit in the World Cup was brilliant.

 

Man of the match was Gyan I believe, For us it would have to be Young.

Yeah you right on the point mate, We on paper have a better team, But football does not work on paper, It is not played by raitings its by doing it and we don't do the job right.

 

Know all about it, we've had problems with that at Newcastle as well. Lets face it how can a team with Owen, Duff, Martins, Coloccini, Given (half a season), Nolan (half a season), Beye, Enrique, Gutierrez, Bassong and N'Zogbia (half a season) get relegated.

 

Yeah that is a great example mate, yeah because if you look at it the team you had before on paper was better but it had that problem, That the team couldn't work together they just didn't get going.
