Obvious to me Arshavin is just going through the motions for the cash. He looks unfit and uninterested. To get the best out of him - sell him and buy someone else.
I agree, don't get me wrong some have worked well i.e Henry = Left Winger ------> Striker RVP = Left Winger -------> Striker But then there are others that IMO haven't worked as well i.e Walcott, Arshavin, Nasri, Denilson, Eboue etc.
