The agency I work through are sending me through a copy of my CV which I lost when my PC went bump just before I got laid off before.

Once I get it updated I'm sending it to our parent company see if the have anything, they own loads of energy companies such as consultancy, advising etc so they may well have something in this area.

Had a quick look on the BG website & couldn't see those jobs in the vacancy part but I did see a few stories abot them creating new roles because of the SMART metering which will come in to play the next few years - I have experience in Gas & Electric meters as I dealt with faults & technical info on them plus my dad was involved in the SMART metering process in Oz where he lives!!

The question we've been talking about on this thread you dickhead!!

Al-Queda had nobody in Iraq before the invasion & no support, Iraq was not a threat to the UK during Saddams reign. Since he was toppled & murdered Al-Queda have a presence there & are killing British soldiers at will!!

LR agreed with me, you said he didn't.

So did Al-Queda support Iraq before or after Saddams reign?

    Aaahh!!!

Shall I just whack my CV over to BG or will they just bin it?

I could do a covering letter regarding my experience & how I read they were planning more jobs based in this area & I was interested - let me know if there are any vacancies etc?

This is why old folk should be put down <ok>

The people fighting the British soldiers are led by Al-Queda in Afghanistan & Iraq <ok> Prior to Saddams murder there was no Al-Queda in Iraq, the problem of attack in such force was caused by the decision to attack Iraq - therefore more muslims around the world began to begin the West were attacking the muslim world & are fighting together to stop them.

I bought LR in to it because you accused me of being wrong I simply pointed out he was agreeing with me & he's been out there.

Your just talking ****e about something you know nothing about.

You have a pm by the way.

Forget breathing, forget life - you fail. End it now, go on. Think of the drain you are to social services in your area, somewhere there is a kid being mistreated by their parents but somebody has to go out to you & give you food & wipe your arse.

Do the right thing tommy, think of the kids.

there was no al queda in iraq until a few months after the invasion. during the first couple of months after the invasion not much happened. even then al queda were never that active in the southern (british and a few other randoms) sector it was mainly iranian backed militias like the mehdi army <ok>

    Brum, nae luck mate.
i was made redundant in May last year and we had a lot of good advice from a Consultancy as part of the deal.
One thing they really stressed was that over 70% of jobs are never advertised, or filled before they reach that stage, so get out whoring the CV to all and sundry.
Also take advantage of any contacts you have - remind them you're available and what you can do.

Sorry to be a wee bit serious in the middle of your domestic with Tommy, but good luck. <ok>
