Hello Dan. Love Swords' first post. 'Welcome Dan. You're talking sh*te.' You are now a fully fledged member of our little forum now Dan. Enjoy!
Away, midweek. Thought you may have streamed it. Hulse bizarrely started and played quite well for an hour.
Hi Dan This is one of the most supporting boards you will find anywhere. The people on here really are Rs fans and are very very knowledgable and so we can have a great frank and honest conversation about the players. You will love it on here...drop round the ebar and I will by you a Crabbies
We're a fickle bunch as it wasn't that long ago that our Ice Man HH was thought of in the same light but boy how that changed once he started knocking the goals in last season. By the time the season starts if we have got rid of Betty and a few more hangers on the only one that we will continue to harsh will be Joey Knob Barton even if he starts scoring a few goals.
No, only seen the highlights to be honest. Sometimes the Streams aren't worth a fu*k. That rings a bell now Wats. I do remember someone saying he played well. It was probably you!
Welcome Dan. My opinion is that the attitude of Bothroyd and Campbell has been poor - none worse than at MK - 1 down and both reluctant to chase the ball down in the attacking third. Sheer laziness. As for Hulse, I get the impression that he was out of favour under Warnock. I watched him come out with the rest of the subs on the pitch at half time at one home match, to do some stretching. He didn't play, which wasn't a surprise, what was though was him thrashing past us on the M40 moments after the match. I figured, he would have had to have showered before the game ended....
Hi Dan. Dan? Where'd he go?! Anyway, he's raised that old chestnut of blind loyalty again. Reckon most fans remain loyal to their club come what may - but judging by decades on the terraces, in pubs and on message boards in recent years, blind faith does not extend to hapless players. The fact is there are a crop of Rs' players earning fortunes compared to us fans that ain't worth a light. If management can't see it, it's up to us, the 'crowd', to point it out and leave them in no doubt. If we were to applaud bollox, we'd be no better than the mob ridiculed in 'The Emperor's New Clothes'. Could that be considered 'supporting' our club? I think not.
