Best wishes to Allam, nobody in their right mind would wish severe illness on somebody else, hope he makes a full recovery then sells up
You're not alone mate. There are not many chairmen around idolised by supporters, I'm struggling tithing of any. But really AA should have been one of them. Such a shame as you say.
Sorry for delay, just seen this.... Is that days, weeks or months.... My money's on months...... Moron !!!!
****ing hell, Julian, tad touchy, hey? No soapbox, simply read and replied to your post. You're baffled because ..... read it yourself, you said it. I simply pointed out you shouldn't be baffled as AA thinks he is the best ever. If you're not baffled then why say you are? Do you get it now? (You don't have to agree)
he deserves every single bit and a shedload of interest. "as you sow, so shall you reap" - galatians VI
It wasn't initiated two years ago, it was only brought to the club as an idea for next season. There's far too much being made of the 'two year' thing, it was someone at Strawberry who's been mulling over a membership scheme for a couple of years, it's been taken far too literally.
Ok. My understanding was that the club had had this in the works for 2 years, which has been repeated by a lot of people. If that were the case it would suggest AA had a hand in it which would make EA reluctant to scrap it. If the club has only begun thinking of it in the last year or less then it begs the question of why they have rushed it through.
I doubt that Strawberry are responsible for the loss of concessions but I do wish Assem Allam a full recovery healthwise and very much appreciate his saving the club and his other investments in the health service.
Assam Allam is a good bloke who has been misled by his wayward son Ehab Allam. I wish you a speedy recovery hopefully and the strength to give Ehab the heave and appoint a true and proper CEO to run the club on your behalf. Ehab has now sunk to the depths / levels of Paul Duffen for his running sorry ruining of our club. GET WELL Assam and soon.
He could have gone done in the eyes of the City fans as our best owner ever. And yes youre correct , in his own eyes he will consider himself the best owner of City so i do get it Fez.
