lawro:

Arsenal 6 v 0 Norwich = top 4 side backed and they are at home so add 3 goals.
Aston Villa 3 v 1 Fulham = back the homes side and they won a european cup once so they must win
Everton 4 v 0 QPR = back the side higher i nthe table and at home.
Reading 0 v 2 Liverpool = always back lfc no matter what.
Southampton 3 v 2 West Ham = mid table so i dunno pick the side at home.

Newcastle 1 v 0 Sunderland = derby, pick home side, derby = close game
Stoke 0 v 3 Man Utd = can the home side ever beat a top 4 team.. in lawros world no.

Arsenal 3 v 1 Everton two top sides = back the home team.

MITO:

Arsenal 4 v 0 Norwich = arsenal to march on at home
Aston Villa 2 v 0 Fulham = fulham cannot play away from home!
Everton 2 v 0 QPR = everton have gone but qpr have no fight left. tight for 70mins then everton to walk it.
Reading 0 v 0 Liverpool = back a draw and thats one part of the mito jynx lifted.

Newcastle 0 v 0 Sunderland = sundernaldnt o show some fight, newkie to think they are safe. no HBF no newkie.
Stoke 0 v 0 Man Utd = Utd are done for the year, look leggy and not that hot in form, stoke are desperate... but pulis will go for draw.

Reading have gone too, and they are well and truly sunk after losing seven league games in a row. At this stage of the season, a run like that is just disastrous.

It was telling to see Southampton keep them at arm's length for the entire game apart from one early Adam le Fondre shot. From then on, Saints just looked a much better team.

Reading, in contrast, looked like a Championship side - and one that looked like they would soon be playing in the Championship.

Liverpool were not exactly pulling up trees in their draw against West Ham but I think they will find things easier in attack against Reading.

The Royals have got no choice but to try and win all their remaining games now, so they will have to go for it a little bit more than usual in this game. That will allow Liverpool to pick them off.

Lawro's prediction: 0-2
