What mate factor?

Lampard joined one year before RDM retired, so that leaves Terry.

The fact he got the best out of a fractured squad, hacked by injuries and suspensions amazes me still to this day.

That's called man management by the way, you used to have someone who was very good at it...

RDM understands the club and what it means to the fans, combined with some decent training methods, tactical nous and the ability to relate he could do very well, let's see...

Our league position and form was already in pretty poor state before AVB went, so I can't really accept all these statements that his league tactics were poor...he got it spot on against Barca and Bayern, **** the neutrals and what they whine about.

He'll be judged on this season and possibly more in the future as far as the league goes.

In terms of being a huge part of our history...well he's already managed that, once as a player and now as a manager....you may remember he orchestrated a rather boring semi in the FA cup.

I'm fully behind him, and if he ****s it then at least he's had the balls to go about it the right way and he can't do any worse than that ginger **** at the lane.
Brilliant!

By all accounts RDM was disliked as much as,if not more than,AVB so this fella and his 'mates' bollocks couldn't be more wrong.
