I can`t stand Prima Donnas (SP) like him (Anelka, Kenwyne Jones etc) - he`s whining on about Spurs disrespecting him - what did he do to the Arsenal fans when he scored for Citeh and ran the length of the field to get in their faces ?
Right again - first goal Jos doesn`t know if the cross is going deep, or if Adebayor is going to make a late near post run which he would have to cover, so he`s expecting Fox to cover. Great cross which took Jos out of the game, so I don`t blame him at all.

You seem to think I'm trying to say he is the only person responsible for all 3 goals. I'm not, I'm saying he was partly responsible for all 3 goals. On the first goal I don't think Lovren can be blamed. He didn't really "give" Soldado time to cross. A pass was played into space and Soldado ran onto it. Lovren ran across to close him down and as he got there Soldado cut back and crossed. Soldado had time because the (probably miss-hit) pass into space gave him time. On what happened in the box, Adebayor is 3 or 4 inches taller than Fox so - as Adebayor was the only Spurs player in the box - Hooiveld should have got closer to him rather than leaving him to Fox. The fact Hooiveld was only watching the ball is part of the problem. If he thought Adebayor might run to the near post then he should have been paying more attention to him. Between Adebayor passing to Soldado and the goal Hooiveld only looked around once so he had no idea what was going on around him. If Adebayor had gone near post he would have had at least a yard's start because Hooiveld wouldn't have been able to react until Adebayor was already in front of him. As I said before, Hooiveld's the least culpable of the 3 because Fox should have done better as well and the main fault lies with Gazzaniga. Neither Fox nor Hooiveld should have had to deal with the ball at all. When Soldado hit his cross Gazzaniga was 3 or 4 yards off his line. Adebayor volleyed the ball 3 or 4 yards from the line. Gazzaniga should have claimed that cross, as I'm pretty sure Boruc would have. The same is true to a lesser extent for the second goal; Boruc claims those sort of balls almost routinely. As you say, for the third goal Rodriguez was already challenging the Spurs player when Hooiveld needlessly dived in, leaving that big hole behind him. Again, not entirely his fault, but he's partly responsible.
The first goal was a comedy of errors and was mainly Gazza's wrong positioning........The goal was scored near enough dead centre of the goal. The forward got in front of his marker between him and the ball, really bad defending good forward work. However the defender was entitled to expect the goalkeeper to have come to collect and should have been in that position with the ball were it was on his right flank. He should have covered his near post then start his drift back to the centre as the player went deeper he should never have been in the farthest part of the goal!!! Gazza is useless.....sorry but he is..... Of me soap box off for the day with the grand kids........Merry Christmas
