    Quite a few people in the Fleetwood match thread seem to really rate Barton, not sure why. Half decent league one manager.

    I'd like to think that when the takeover goes through we'll be looking at a way higher calibre of manager than scrotes like Barton. He hasn't even shown he can get out of league one so why we'd want him I don't know.

    Lee bowyer is a better manager than either of them. Miles better. And much more dignified too. I’d have him. Barton? Christ on a bike no thanks!!

    In the two seasons preceding his appointment, Fleetwood finished 4th and 14th. With himself in charge they finished 11th and 6th (on PPG due to covid). He's not exactly been transformational.
