I really dont see him as similar at all. He is all pace and power and loves to run at defenders with the ball at his feet whereas Jay is more clever lay-offs, flicks and instinct.
It's 5 in 3 (2 in 1 for Macclesfield and 3 in 2 for Peterborough) The 3rd game that's been forgetten was in January when we beat them 1-0, he played then but didn't score. I wonder how good he actually is. I mean yeah he always looks good against us, and it's hard to imagine how he can't transfer that into other games when the basic skills are clearly all there and he could certanly teach our strikers a thing or two about one on ones, but there must be a reason their fans have never liked him and that he's transfer listed.
More to the point we have gifted him 5 goals. Not good enough for us imo. He could well be a bad apple with the dressing room. Who knows ? The situation that the Posh find themselves in should mean they need all the goals they can get regardless of his contract situation. Not for me unless on a FAT deal. No chance that will happen. More like it. Though i think also giving them a lucky bag is a bit excessive.
Tunnicliffe might be available on loan now, after he gets the wrath of Fergie: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-19942654
He will need a lift from someone soon. At least he will be able to afford the much increased insurance premiums.
