It was an easier game than I thought it would be, what a ****e referee though, not biased just ****e. One step closer 
After the last 32, we have had a penalty against us in each round and none of them were actually penalties.
well done lads very professional job the penalty was a joke glad to see Luiz stepping up again to get us the win more and more he's looking like future captain material.
We are class above the rest of these teams and that shows, maybe subconsciously that's why refs try to even it up a little.
We can't get carried away though, the next leg will be far tougher than that and a 3-2 Basel win still takes them through. 2-1 is better than 1-0 though so the referee maybe helped us in that respect (not really).
I think we will be alright if we score first in the home leg but after Liverpool (08/09), Copenhagen (10/11), Benfica (11/12) and Prague (12/13) I'm not ready to crack open the Champagne yet.

Very good display from all the players. We could have had 2 more, a couple of uncharcteristic misses from Hazard, and Torres was dead stiff hitting the post. Then there's the "penalty"...........................
Basel are pretty sharp upfront though, so hope for an early goal at the Bridge.

Not over yet but what a great result in an away leg semi final. Occasion seemed to get to Basel. Experience is massive at this level. Pen was a joke though. Can't believe some spud tried to argue it was a pen, massive duh!!
