Yeah I think it is. Predicting a team that finished mid table last year to win the league this, and vice versa. There must be plenty in there within a few positions of where they actually are.

I remember Durham saying if Conte got that team anywhere near the title it would be an incredible managerial performance. Nearly everyone thought Citeh and Pep would win it, even 3 months in.

Merson is purely on SKY as joke fodder, they need a fall guy. His predictions are not worth even looking at, the important thing is we stay 17th or better at the end of the season.

And how many of you said that before this season? It was a total Pep-****fest, and to a lesser extent even Klopp got more attention, while pre the Euros Conte was massively under the radar here.
