Everyone was saying Ramsey was terrible last season. There's a difference between being a terrible player and having terrible confidence/a terrible run of match performances. Look at Arshavin.
Similarly, both Stewart Downing and David Bentley were key players for Premier League teams not too long ago. Things change that are hard to understand but you'd think would likely have a strong mental element. Gervinho's issues with confidence are well documented.
There are no winners here, only losers... He's not terrible, but something is definitely amiss with him. Hazard couldn't have been so complimentary of him for no reason.
Good old Gerv. Watched some of that Roma game, and he was just same old Gervinho. But, Roma should be a great team to watch this season. Adem Ljajic,Kevin Strootman,De Rossi,Miralem Pjanic and Totti. God bless BT Sport.
As long as he doesn't have the ball at his feet, he's a great player. He is difficult to mark and always gets himself into positions to score. Too be bad that his finishing his appaling.

Is that you? Are you a fat chav with a sword? I aint messing with you if you are!!!! And I remember when I used to get slated on the BBC 606 for saying Denilson wasn't good enough. Just because a lot of fans think something doesn't necessarily mean its true.
It's funny how they can accuse any Premier league footballer of having no footballing brain. You obviously need some sort of brain to get to such a high level. But Walcott has done terribly well to play on the right wing when everything that is instinctive to him is being an out-an-out central striker. Same thing with Ramsey, he too has done great considering the pressures he had to contend with. Both these players are proving the doubters very wrong.
