He's never been a talker, he's a lead by example type of player. We need a voice though someone needs to step up and take on this responsibility.
IMO, there should always be an organiser in the back four but this is something we lack when Carragher isn't in the starting line-up. Gerrard's never been a talker, he leads by example which is why it pisses me off so much when he is lazy
