We put a lot of effort into that but I was disappointment with the Dutch who seemed content just to close down. Not much of a tribute to Cryuff.
Few things about tonight's game. God goal. Their first fir me us a penalty. He watches the ball onto his hand and, if it was at the other end, the pundits would say definite pen. Before that though... John Stones?? £50m? John Oshea is a better central defender. Gives away far less goals. Stones is a ****ing liability. Why try that stupid turn when your keeper is 10 yards away! You want him at United @Despicable_Tel ? Their winner looked a foul to me. John stones man!! Still can't believe he gets a game for England. Wouldn't want him in defence at Sunderland. Every time I see him play in defence he looks like Kirchhoff did on his debut for us! Dangerously likely to give away a goal!! Did I mention stones?
Typical of England to lose after the big build up. Anyone know how Milner gets a game? I'm hoping that's ruled him of the Euros though I wont hold my breath. Pundits banging on about Rose before the game, well he gave away one penalty but he's lucky it wasn't two.
I said to my dad before the game I couldn't get my head around the £50m being banied around for Stones, every time I've seen him he's looked bang average or worse... Did absolutely nothing to change my opinion of him tonight. No doubt he will still go for silly money in the summer purely because the media have built him up to be this amazing world class talent for some reason.
