I'm taking about Britain. The country we live in.

I care very little for what the Americans are doing. Although I will say they at least have a reason to protest as it happened to one of the citizens in their country.

What's our excuse?

There are protests going on all over the world ... it's not all about "Little England" ... ... plus we also have our own issues with over aggressive policing of minorities, albeit not anything like the scale of the problem in the US <ok>

Ta bru.

Whats happening? I've had to limit phone use and turn down the brightness cos my head hurts

Quite relaxed policing to start with, but something I don't know what, kicked it all off, it might have been bottles being thrown, but I can't prove that. So the mounted police charged the crowd, one copper as a result was unseated off his horse, so that bolted. Now you've got helmeted coppers on the front line, pushing the crowd back, obviously trying to gather them into a more controllable confined space.

I don't give a **** about the rest of the world right now, I care about what is happening in this country. To me, ultimately.

We've got thousands up on thousands of completely thoughtless twats out on the streets protesting about something that happened in someone else's country.

The issue of racism may well still exist in Britain but it is minuscule by comparison to the states. These mass gatherings did not need to occur.

I said it early mate, we are the 51st state. The British public are far, far too invested in Yank politics.

Watching clips and talking about it is one thing, but why are we going on ****ing marches and attacking cops?

Its now spreading across Europe now like wildfire. We are embarrassing.

Guessing Germany is the 52nd state then. Or maybe this stuff is about a lot more than one man’s death and matters to people.

Misses the point but good to know.

The suggestion that the anti-black racism in Germany, which has an African population of 0.5% has been so hot, causing such widespread rage, that a single incident in the US has sparked mass protests is ludicrous.

This isn't the Arab spring, its ****ing twats causing a ruckus cos we are way, way too interested in what's happening on another content.
