These last couple of pages read like a different language to me.

 

Gosh, you're so negative. Southampton are **** (as are Portsmouth) so I'd have thought you would maybe you would take the opportunity to be less negative about another team, seeing as there's so much negativity surrounding each of our football teams atm.

As for that pass, clearly Kirk hoping for a run after catch to gain the remaining yards which TJ had been good at accumulating during the match as a whole. Not like he had plenty time to check his receivers, the Giants d-line gave him no time.

 

The Vikings are equally as **** as our football teams and it’s annoying because they actually have some very good players, unfortunately their defence is **** and Cousins just doesn’t know how to win when the chips are down.

They went into this season as a “competitive rebuild” whatever the **** that means. They made the playoffs but all that did was mess up their draft pick as they were never winning the Super Bowl. Big changes are needed this off season as a lot of the players are aging/old and they have to fire the defensive coordinator

At least the Vikings won a divisional title this year, the best thing our football teams can hope to achieve is avoiding relegation. And Cousins doesn't know how to win when the chips are down, really? How many 4th quarter comebacks and game winning drives has he led the team to this year?

As for the draft, yes it would be nice to have a higher draft pick but the draft is a lottery anyway. The current best quarterback was literally picked last, then you have players like Johnny Manziel who were first rounders that amounted to nothing. Our draft capital is a bit low but I'm confident we can accumulate some through trades...

I have no idea what you lot are talking about, but I would point out that Southampton are still in both cup competitions, including the semi final of one. So I do take issue with the idea that the only thing we can hope for is to avoid relegation. For Pompey of course, you are quite right though.
