Formula 1 is set to change its scoring system this year by giving a point to the driver who sets the fastest lap in a grand prix. I'm so happy, this the first new rule I think I've ever liked! I feel a bit emotional.

Just shown some old clips from the Players' Golf Championship at Sawgrass....best one was the golfer who cleared the water hazard to make the green...when a seagull swooped, picked up the ball and dropped it in the lake.

TV rights for F1 are a bit crap. Sky have seemingly bullied everyone with their deal, and have put loads of restrictions in place for the highlight show.
