Interesting to note that the 6 Nations is covered by BBC and ITV. Who provides the better coverage? Do we really need so much analysis, or have the ITV got it right with some analysis between the commercial breaks?

I hate commercial breaks in sport, so no contest on that score. I also love Eddie Butler’s commentary, so BBC for me every time.

I don’t mind Eddie Butler’s commentary, except when he’s commentating on an England game, when he is so anti-English.

I loved Robertson on 5 Live. I do not know who has replaced him.

Watching and listening to the game her, the commentary feed was ahead of the picture, very noticeable when he said the ball had slid through the legs of Irish player but on the picture it hadn't happened.

sorry sunshine, but you should be suspended! I don't know another sport where you can just give up when people have paid money to watch you play. Well apart from tennis and ... golf and darts

At HT, England's Red Roses lead France 24-0 in the 6 Nations. BP earned. Good to see excellent crowd.

England beat France 41-26. Both teams get a BP.

England´s wn is a statement of intent to NZ and South Afirca. A win was not surprising but the scoreline is, although I have felt for years that England have underachieved because they have tended to throw away possession. I need to watch the highlights, but I hope England are prepared to run with the ball from inside their own 22 a la NZ.

Being watched by his granddad, Jack Nicklaus, plus Tom Watson and Gary Player.
    No pressure.
