Apparently too cold in South Korea at the Winter Olympics...danger of hypothermia for spectators and athletes.
http://www.bbc.com/sport/athletics/42948339 An athletics World Cup is taking place involving 8 nations in field and track events on the weekend 14 and 15th July, which coincides with the World Cup final. So we could be torn between cheering on England in either the Athletics World Cup or the FIFA World Cup, which for many here will be a hard choice. As the races are only up to 1500 metres and neither Kenya nor Ethiopia are involved, that is a big minus for the event.
England women lead Wales 26-0 at HT. Missed out on another dead cert try with a bad pass as the player was clear....otherwise would have been worse for Wales. One player is called Lillicrap....if that isn't an incentive to marry I don't know what is.
England ladies beat Wales 52-0. Great performance from England, but in the second half Wales couldn't even get up the pitch.
Had Arsenal to win and used my joker in the prediction league...and selected it as my high scoring game.
That was a try for Wales, all coming from a simple restart mistake from England. Got away with one but other than that England playing well
Looked like it was a tie between Watson and the Welsh bloke, which meant TMO couldn’t give it clearly. Just shows that you need to clean up the kick off straight after a score. Wales looking more dangerous as the game goes on, though.
Apparently the rule has been changed to mean you must be in control of the ball rather than just touch it down. Whoever changed the law on that opened a can of worms. Yes, I can see why it wasn't given under the rule change because the Wales player touched it down, but the England player was sweeping it away.
