Great to see these players and this manager lifting the PL trophy this afternoon

They have worked so hard for this and proved all of the doubters, haters and 'bottle job' name callers wrong

Congrats to Arsenal

Bit weird the goalkeeper is wearing gloves and a shirt.

Nobody can ever take the accolade away but they haven’t really. Someone has to win it and in 10/20/50 years nobody will remember which PL winners were phenomenal and which stumbled to the line. Nobody remembers if Blackburn were great or it was just a duff year. I think deep down everyone knows that even though no Arsenal fan should care though many do.

Congrats tho innit.

When you look at where we were when Arteta came in through, we were a shambles and a million miles off being challengers.

Then bit by bit he assembled the squad and the mentality to challenge, we came really close twice and got pipped by a brilliant City team.

Arteta adapted again, brought in the players we needed and made us defensively rock solid. Our football wasn’t pretty this season, but it was functional. It was what we needed to do to get results, rather than playing fancy stuff and getting mugged on the break

Man deserves a lot of credit for what he’s done at Arsenal.

That’s all true. Functional is the right word. Other people will have others I’m sure. Spurlock has a few I’m told.

Vardy’s Cremonese went down. Got battered but the other lot they needed to lose won.
Forgot about that game, just looked and Cremonese had three players sent off lol

The team that beat them 1-4 Como, stole the remaining Champions League place off AC Milan who lost at home.

Didn't help being reduced to 8 players with 20 mins left ... although Lecce winning made it academic anyway ...
Two of the reds weren’t players playing. Probably didn’t help when chasing the game that their two sub strikers both got sent off without coming on.

The Como penalty decision needs to be seen to be believed. Killed off what little chance they had at the time.

Interesting, despite getting relegated and having his worst season in 5 years, apparently Jarrod Bowen gets in Troy Deeney's team of the season. That and no Villa or Bournemouth players, but Szoboszlai gets in after Liverpool's season being a disaster

Big inquest in how Spurs got themselves in this situation.

Diabolical season for them.

We don't need an inquest.

We need new owners.

Seven years of unrelentingly stupid decisions and poor investments has led to this.

For starters, anyone who thinks Richarlison is worth £60m and capable of replacing Kane needs to be remanded in a very softly padded cell.
